Theoretical Approach & Philosophies of Counseling:

My counseling style is person-centered and responsive to what my clients need to move them further along in their process. I tend to gravitate towards cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotionally-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I have experience working with individuals and couples, addressing sexual issues, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. I have been described as warm in presence and direct with communication.
