Theoretical Approach & Philosophies of Counseling:
I believe counseling should give you a safe place to be your genuine self. I work from a Narrative Therapy lens in which we will develop a new positive story for you in which you want to live. By implementing self-discovery and focusing on your strengths, we can work together collaboratively to foster the personal growth you want to make. While working together, I hope to provide you a unique experience that creates a journey of healing and transformation. I have experience with providing individual counseling services for children, adolescents and adults through community mental health agencies and private practice.
