Theoretical Approach & Philosophies of Counseling:
My view as a counselor is that each individual person has their own unique individual experiences in life and those form who they are. You are the expert on your experience and have your own unique perspectives. I believe my role as a counselor is to be a supporter walking through life with you. To create a space, without judgment, for you to freely think about your experience, have tough conversations, and find what it means to you. Each person's counseling journey will look different, and it is my job as a counselor to make an individualized space that works for you.

About Me:
Outside of work, I love to play video games, tabletop games, and board games (I am always looking for recommendations). I enjoy the process of creating, particularly baking and drawing. When I can, I love watching animated shows and movies with my partner as well.
